Your idea of a full weekend with a welcome dinner, ceremony, reception, and a chill day-before gathering (instead of the usual brunch) feels really special and intentional. I’m loving how you’re thinking about making sure there’s gluten-free food that doesn’t feel like an afterthought, and finding a venue that welcomes kids but still keeps things elegant and not too family-centric.

Our team will curate a personalized contract and invoice (located at the bottom of this page) tailored to your details. This contract is our professional commitment to you, as your trusted planners and designers. A deposit of $1,500 is required to secure your date, with remaining payments based on your overall investment and our 15% service fee. While we’ve outlined a payment schedule for your convenience, it can be adjusted to suit your preferences.

Hey, hey! It’s ya girl, Charley! I’m the founder, creative director, & fairy godmuva of Coda’s Events, a St. Louis wedding and event planning company making magic for the lovers. With my classic Pisces energy and creative vision, I began growing Coda’s Events from family birthday party planning to the full-service wedding design and coordination company it is today.
With every event, I fall more in love with not only the wedding industry, but also the dedicated vendors and small businesses who go above and beyond to help me execute each special day.
