As the founder and creative director of this Saint Louis, Missouri, USA and Melbourne, Australia -based destination wedding and design firm, Charley is all about crafting unforgettable moments for the lovers. Starting with birthday parties to bridal and baby showers for friends, family, and even her dog, Koda the German Aussie, Charley’s journey to establishing Coda’s Events began in 2019 at the age of 23.
Charley’s passion for planning began in her childhood, where she was the girl with the custom dollhouse that had to have the perfect furniture and decor. Her dolls didn’t just play; they dated, had extravagant weddings with flowers everywhere, and elaborate tablescapes. This creative journey continued with her Barbie dolls and evolved into crafting dreamworlds in The Sims. As an adult, Charley turned these imaginative experiences into a thriving wedding planning career.
With a knack for meticulous planning and a deep love for wedding design, Charley transformed her childhood dreams and trip itineraries (classic Pisces) into a successful business. Today, The Coda’s Collective is a full-service wedding, event and travel planning agency, backed by a dedicated team of Angels who help bring clients’ dreams to life.
Charley’s love for the wedding and travel industry grows with every event and adventure. She’s grateful for the amazing vendors, small businesses, and wonderful clients who make it all possible. Each event is a testament to the magic and dedication of the Coda’s Team, ensuring every wedding day is as special and unique as the love it celebrates.

Since 2023, she has been a valued part of The Coda’S Collective, growing into her role as Lead Coordinator — a steady, grounding presence for couples on one of the most meaningful days of their lives.
Her work is rooted in a simple belief: couples should be fully present on their wedding day, not managing logistics or worrying about what comes next. From vendor coordination and timeline execution to last-minute adjustments, Angelica ensures every moving part comes together seamlessly.
What sets her apart is her blend of precision and empathy. She understands that weddings are not just events — they are once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Whether fixing a small detail before anyone notices or offering a reassuring presence in quiet moments, she leads with both structure and warmth.
For Angelica, the most rewarding part is simple: seeing couples fully immersed in their day, knowing everything is taken care of.
